In 2004, we planted Crossroad Church with just a handful of people and almost nothing else. We had no experience, no funding, and no place to meet. The only thing we had was the conviction that God had called us.
We made plenty of mistakes.
We took many detours.
Again and again, we returned to the New Testament, learning, adjusting, and continuing to move forward.
After more than twenty years, one conviction has become crystal clear:
You can plant a church from Level Zero.
Yes―you really can.
Tamarisk is a coaching ministry for church planters, next-generation pastors, and church leaders.
It is not only for people with exceptional gifts or abundant resources.
We simply want to share what God has taught us through years of learning, failure, and ministry. We want to walk alongside you, pray with you, encourage you, and help you pursue the vision God has placed in your heart.
