Gather, Learn, and Encourage One Another

Ministry was never meant to be lived alone.
Several times each year, pastors and church leaders from the Tamarisk network gather to learn, pray, share life, and encourage one another.

More than hosting events, our desire is to build lasting relationships where leaders can grow together and support one another in disciple-making and church planting.

Fall Conference (2 Days)

Each fall, pastors, their spouses, and church leaders gather for two days of teaching, conversation, prayer, and fellowship.

Together we learn, share meals, encourage one another, and return to our churches refreshed with renewed vision.

Beginning this year, we also hope to welcome pastors and leaders who would like to experience Tamarisk for the first time.

Leadership Retreat (2 Days)

Several times each year, senior pastors and key ministry leaders gather in a smaller setting for deeper conversations.

Together we explore practical questions about disciple-making, leadership development, and building healthy churches.

These retreats are a place to pray, learn, and encourage one another as fellow workers in God’s Kingdom.

More Than a Conference

Tamarisk is more than a few gatherings each year.

It is a relational network where pastors and leaders walk together, support one another, and grow together over the long term.

We believe healthy disciple-making and church planting grow out of authentic relationships.
