Tamarisk’s primary ministry is coaching in disciple-making and church formation.

At the same time, we believe God is calling us to serve His work in Japan in broader and deeper ways.

The ministries below represent the vision God has placed on our hearts. They are still in development, and we are prayerfully taking one step at a time toward making them a reality.

We dream of cultivating a network where pastors, church planters, and churches are encouraged, supported, and never have to serve alone.

By sharing experience, ministry resources, and practical wisdom—and by helping one another through cooperation and even pulpit exchanges—we believe churches can accomplish together what would be difficult to do alone.

Our prayer is to see a culture of mutual care and shared responsibility flourish among churches throughout Japan.

Many churches and mission organizations around the world have a deep passion for Japan.

We hope to serve as a bridge between them and the churches of Japan.

Where can missionaries serve most effectively?

Which churches and ministries would be the best partners?

We desire to help sending churches, missionaries, and Japanese churches build healthy, long-term partnerships so that missionaries can serve in Japan with joy, fruitfulness, and endurance.

Another part of our vision is helping mission resources reach the places where they can have the greatest impact.

Through our relationships and understanding of ministry in Japan, we hope to connect financial resources with church planters, missionaries, and ministries that need them most.

We are committed to stewarding every gift with wisdom, integrity, and transparency so that each one can be used effectively for God’s mission in Japan.

These ministries are still part of a vision that is unfolding.

Yet we believe God is raising up disciples and planting new churches across Japan.

One step at a time.

One prayer at a time.

Together with churches, leaders, and ministry partners, we look forward to seeing that vision become a reality.
